A: My products have many different applications and uses. I am mostly a resin artist myself, so beyond that I may be unable to give you sufficient answers. Luckily, the internet is full of information, so I am sure there are detailed instructions to whatever project you are working on.
Q: The shipping address I gave you was wrong, what do I do?
A: Please contact me immediately. If I haven't prepared your order yet, there is still time for me to change it. Otherwise it is too late and you will not be offered a refund and would have to re-order if you would still like your items.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Please contact me immediately. If I haven't started to prepare your order yet, I am able to cancel it. Otherwise it is too late and you will not be offered a refund unfortunately.
Q: Do I need to pay tax?
A: All Canadians need to pay tax. This will be calculated at checkout.
USA: Currently I have not reached the threshold where I have to collect sales tax for any US states, although that could change anytime.
For countries outside of Canada and the US, please be aware of the tax laws in your own country, as you may be charged duty before customs release your shipment to your postal service. Please pay the duty and do not refuse the package. Refunds will not be offered if you refuse your shipment.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently my shop is only set to ship to Canada and the US.

- I may be able to ship to some countries in Asia, please contact me with your country and I can research the prices.
Q: When will my order ship and when will I receive it?
A: All packages will be shipped using Canada Post.
I usually ship packages within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Canadian Holidays).
Here is when you can expect your packages after it has been shipped:
Canada: 4-7 business days*
USA: 8-14 business days*
International: 10-20 business days*
*sometimes delivery will still extend beyond the timeframe either due to postal workers error or severe weather events.
When you receive a shipping confirmation e-mail, it means that your order will be dropped off at the post office or postal box within 24 hours on a business day.

Q: Where did your Etsy shop go?
A: Long story :/
But the short version is, Etsy messed up my payments, and I have been unable to retrieve my deposits. If I can navigate their abysmal support to get it sorted out, I will re-open my Etsy but with limited items.
