All sales are final. In the case where you are highly dissatisfied with your order, please contact me either via the contact form or e-mail me at email@example.com (if there are pictures of your order that you would like to attach to your message).
No refunds will be offered in the case of the buyer providing the incorrect shipping address. Please double-check when placing your order.
Pictures and descriptions pertaining to colors and sizes are done to the best of my ability. Please understand if there is a little variance between what you see on my page and the actual product you receive. If you want some clarity on a specific item, please contact me.
All orders are shipped using Canada Post.
The cheapest shipping option does not include a tracking number. You must upgrade to Tracked Shipping if you require a tracking number. More information on shipping can be found here.

In the case of a lost shipment, please contact me with your order number, and with the same e-mail address you used when you placed the order.
